WOLFSHUNTER SHOP RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through wolfshunter.com, operated by Wolfshunter Shop.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and any included items.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size, or ordering the wrong product, the return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Personalized, custom-made, digital, hygiene-sensitive, discounted, or final sale items may be excluded from returns unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or returnable under applicable law.

- Photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable
- A brief description of the defect, damage, incorrect item, or reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will respond with further return instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photos, videos, packaging details, or other information to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed and was caused by an error on our side, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or return shipping support where applicable.

SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, we will provide further instructions regarding the return shipping process.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size, or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for all returns. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address due to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange and the return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.

SECTION 7 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or returnable under applicable law:

- Digital products or downloadable content
- Hygiene products
- Underwear and swimwear
- Used, washed, worn, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during special promotions where returns are clearly excluded

SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS FEES

For international orders, return shipping must usually be arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not refundable by Wolfshunter Shop.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items comply with customs and shipping requirements in their country.

SECTION 9 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, the regular return process applies.
